m’AI Technology collects the contact, company, site and project information you submit to respond to enquiries, assess requirements and arrange contact. Required fields are necessary for online assessment. You may also contact us by email.

Processing and retention

Google Apps Script processes submissions, a private company Google spreadsheet stores them, and email notifies the designated company contact. Access is initially limited to that contact. The sheet is not public and contact details are not sent to Google Analytics. Google cloud processing may take place outside Taiwan.

Unconverted enquiries are reviewed 12 months after the last contact and deleted when no longer needed. Customer records follow the subsequent service and applicable retention requirements. The designated contact performs these reviews; deletion is not automatic.

Analytics

Google Analytics measures page views, device types and interactions such as video opening and contact clicks, and may use cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser.
